Prime Pre-Let Development sale completed on behalf of Wrenbridge and Buccleuch.

Hot on the heels of it’s recent success as “Deal of the Year – Under 75,000 sq ft” at the IAS awards, we are pleased to have acted on the investment sale of Quadron at The Bridge, Dartford to Aberdeen Standard Investments for £12.1m.

Another great opportunity for Stonehill Partners to act on behalf of Wrenbridge and Buccleuch on a prime inner-M25 industrial investment sale.

This continues our recent theme of selling new industrial development schemes inside the M25 and this particular sale is excellent evidence of the strength of our client’s site selection, design skills and ability to deliver a high quality product which led to a Pre-Let to Network Rail and agreement of a forward sale during the development.
