Dan Grant MRICS
Partner
Dan has worked in the Industrial Investment and Development sector for over 24 years having previously been the Industrial Team Leader at a major UK advisory business.
His work takes him across the UK, albeit has had a particular focus on London industrial leading over £0.8bn of transactions since business inception
Dan provides a trusted advisor role to a number of our clients, becoming involved in the inception of asset management strategies, development projects and portfolio valuations in order to provide real time market input.
When not at the desk, Dan and his family love to travel and spend time on the sidelines of his children’s various sporting fixtures.
Will Davies MRICS
Partner
Will started his career in real estate over 15 years ago at Drivers Jonas, transitioning over time into Deloitte Real Estate. During this period, Will has aways focused on the industrial and logistics market.
Will works with a range of institutional and private equity clients, as well as a number of property companies, advising on acquisitions and disposals, value-enhancement strategies and development opportunities.
Outside of the office, Will spends most of his time with his young children and pursuing his passions for food, travel and outdoor activities.
